所以，無論走到哪兒，我都會反覆為大家講解這三個字的魔力。
「太好了」這三個字雖然普普通通，可卻擁有著無窮的魅力。它彷彿就是振奮人們精神的號角，能夠把你心中的失望和沮喪吹掉，激發出一股努力向前的勇氣；能夠把你在前進道路上遇到的不愉快的心情，轉化成推動你繼續前進的堅強動力。如果有一天，你能夠真的做到把艱苦看作快樂，那你的一生就會減少許多煩惱，增添許多歡樂！
身在苦中不覺苦，將來才能少吃苦。
面對艱苦，你保持著「太好了」的心態，那你是主動的，你大腦所有的細胞都處在興奮的狀態，所以你不覺辛苦。
面對艱苦，你是「太糟了」的心態，那你是被動的，你所有的大腦細胞都處在疲倦的狀態，所以你就會覺得緊張，覺得辛苦。
身體的勞累很大程度是因心理的疲勞造成的活力褲，所以樂觀地面對艱苦的工作和環境，便能防憂消愁。
我總結「快樂人生三句話」的教育法，最初是受上海的一位研究記憶法的先生的啟發。
他給我講了如何用「太好了」這三個字改變他和他兒子的故事。
他告訴我，過去因為兒子學習差，他和妻子常常吵架，每次兒子考壞了，他們夫妻二人就互相埋怨，還要訓斥兒子是「笨蛋」，結果孩子的學習越來越差，有一天，終於落到了全班的最後一名。這位先生想，心煩也沒有用，不如換一種方法試試。他接過兒子的考試卷，微笑著說：「太好了，兒子！這回你再也沒有什麼負擔了！」
兒子大吃一驚，忙問：「爸，您是不是有病了？」這位先生說：「沒病。你想想，一個跑在最後的人還有什麼負擔呀，你不用再擔心別人會超過你，你只要往前跑，就是在進步！」
兒子大受啟發，一想，對啊，在童話《龜兔賽跑》裡，烏龜還能跑第一呢！於是，他心裡高興起來，輕鬆起來。第二次考試，他的成績是全班的第19名。
爸爸拿過考試卷子興奮地說：「太好了，兒子！比上回已經前進十幾名了！」聽了這話，兒子也很高興。
第三次，兒子考到了全班的第5名，爸爸激動地說：「太好了！兒子，你真了不起！離第1名就差4個人了！」
「後來，我兒子的成績一直是全班第1名！」講到這裡，他的臉上洋溢著一種滿意的笑容。
他的故事很有道理。我覺得，今天的孩子們就很需要這種心態，應該從小學會樂觀地、瀟灑地面對人生，將來肯定會生活得很愉快。
爸爸媽媽說出的「太好了」三個字，為什麼對孩子會有如此神奇的作用呢？因為這三個字表達了父母對孩子巨大的信任，激勵著孩子面對現實，靠自己的力量去克服困難，這樣就調動了孩子自身的積極性，從而激發他們的潛能。這就叫「先接受現實，再改變現實」。有這種心態和思維方式的人，一生中不會被任何困難和挫折打敗，他總會有辦法站起來，再重新開始，總是會想辦法去解決遇到的各種問題，這樣的人，不會失去成功的機會。
